Kitchen/Diner: A fully fitted modern kitchen equipped to the highest standard with all the utensils, dinner and glassware you are likely to need. Includes built-in fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave and oven. Iron and ironing board available.
Ground Floor Garden Room: Furnishings include two 2 x seater sofas; and a flat screen TV. Spare scart socket on TV for playstation or similar.
Ground Floor Bedroom: Furnished with 2 x single beds with single duvets, pillows and bed linen; wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table area.
Main Bathroom (Ground Floor): With independent Triton shower over the bath; low level WC; wash hand basin; mirror; shaving point; extractor fan and wall mounted electric heater.
Master Bedroom (En-suite): Furnishings include a king-size bed with king-size duvet, 4 x pillows and bed linen; bedside cabinets; large fitted wardrobes; dressing table area and a TV/Video with digital channels.

Heating: The house is naturally warm and electrically heated by Economy 7 and wall mounted convector heaters. There is no separate charge for electricity, hot water or heating so you are free to use what you need when you need it.
Linen: Bedlinen, bathroom towels and a T-towel are provided and included in the cost of your holiday.
